Between your family, work and the other activities that have become such an integral part of your life, it sometimes seems difficult to find time to care for yourself. Making your health a top priority, however, is exactly what you need to do and at Somerset OB/GYN Associates we are here to support you in your effort to maintain a healthy body.
We offer an extensive range of gynecology services – most of which are performed in the comfort of one of our modern and attentive offices. Our physicians and advanced practice nurses can perform your annual pelvic examinations and Pap smears. We can also help answer questions you may have about properly caring for your personal health and well-being.
Urgent Visits
We realize you may have an urgent need to see on of our gynecological providers and we encourage you to make an appointment with us should you experience any unusual symptoms or have questions about medications you may be taking. We take your health seriously and we will work to accommodate your needs during scheduling. Among signs and symptoms that should prompt you to schedule an appointment at one of our offices are:
- Abnormal bleeding, including heavy or prolonged periods and spotting
- Abnormal reaction to medications we prescribe
- Breast pain or sudden changes in breast size and/or shape
- Exposure to a known sexually transmitted disease (STD)
- Unusual vaginal discharge
- Pelvic pain
